What exactly is Project Management as a Service?
PMaaS means you get a senior project manager embedded in your team on a flexible monthly engagement — without the three-month hiring process, without a permanent headcount. We own the plan, the cadence, the risks and the delivery; you keep the focus on your business.
How is this different from hiring a full-time PM?
Speed and sizing. Hiring a good senior PM takes months and a permanent salary; Prowny starts in days and is sized to the project — part-time, full throttle, or across a portfolio. When the project ends, the engagement ends. No recruitment risk, no severance, no bench.
How is it different from a big consultancy?

How does pricing work?
Engagements start from €2,500 per month for a single project with a part-time senior PM, from €4,500 for a dedicated embedded PM, and from €8,000 for portfolio-level capacity. Those are starting points, not packages — every engagement is scoped and quoted to fit after a discovery call.
Will you replace our project manager or support them?
Whichever helps more. We can own delivery end to end, or slot in behind your existing PM and reinforce — planning, risk management, stakeholder rhythm, reporting. You choose the shape in the intake; we'll advise honestly on what fits.
